Booklets are a standard tool for promotion and advertising. They lay around in conference halls, tourism offices and waiting rooms. Sometimes they contain an annual report of the company or showcase the portfolio of an artist. Brochures can also be included in CDs and DVDs; however, usually they are given away as freebies.
We have two types of booklets. 'Graphic to Edge' is when your graphic runs off the edge of the paper. 'Border on Edge' is when there is a thin white border on the top, bottom and the open side of your booklet. Alternatively with the 'Border on Edge' option you can have the border running on all sides.
The Small Print - Our new digital press just loves printing off these booklets and it even staples them just after printing, we love our newest member of the family. For the 'Border on Edge' option, we recommend that you keep your graphics 8mm in from the edge. If you need your printing faster please contact us and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline. All prices exclude VAT. You can collect your printing from our office free of charge or we can deliver it to you for a small fee. The technical bit - We process print CMYK and do not use Pantone spot colours or metallic inks. Hard Cover: Add an heavy 300gm cover to your booklet. By adding a cover you add an additional 4 extra pages to your document. So for example if you want a 16 page A4 booklet with a hard cover with print on all pages. Then choose a 12 page A4 and a colour on both sides hard cover. This gives you 16 pages in total.
